All orders over $175 ship free.
Our gifts are delivered with care to anywhere in Canada and in the United States. We use Canada Post for most purchases. Please email us in advance before purchasing if you would like to ship outside of Canada and the United States.
Most items will ship out of our Airdrie, Alberta warehouse. Certain personalized items will be shipped directly from our manufacture. Most items will be at your doorstep within 2-14 business days, depending on destination and unless other wise noted. We have no control of time restraints once the gift leaves our possession. We try to make every effort to have your product deliver on time, therefore we always offer to track your order, and will inform you of any delays.
We offer low shipping rates. Regular gifts will not cost more than $25 when shipped to Canadian provinces, and $30 to Canadian Maritimes, and Terriorties and U.S. destinations. This only applies to one shipping address. We will try to keep our shipping cost low, however, we do have to charge an oversize surcharge on gifts that are large in both weight & size.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
Please contact us regarding shipping to multiple addresses, a popluar option for the holiday season. We will work out the best shipping for you.
Our "better citizens of the earth" policy:
We do our best to leave as little behind on earth as possible, therefore we will reduce, reuse, and recycle when we can. We have choosen to reuse cardboard boxes when shipping out your gift. But, no worries, once the reused box is opened, a lovely gift is waiting inside, dressed in eco-friendly tissue paper & ribbon.
Local Pick Up:
If you live in the Calgary or Airdrie area, local pick up is available on some items. If you would prefer this, please let us know under Comments at check out. We will then let you know if the item is available for pick up and adjust your invoice accordingly. Return Policy TOP
We want out customers to be completely happy with their purchases, and therefoare offer a 10-day money back guarantee. We try to make every effort to make refunds easy...so if you are unhappy with your item, contact us for a return authorization number. You will then have 5 days to return the item back to us, and we will then refund back your money.
We regret we can not refund or reimburse in any way, shipping charges.
Items not valid for a refund
Please understand that we are a small company and need to have guidelines on the standards of what we can accept back. Therefore, we can not accept returns on the following:

The information that is collected is only used by DOTS Gifts Inc. We do not share, rent, or sell your personal information. We store this information in a safe and secure server. We will only use the information provided by you, our valuable clients, to ensure proper customer service.

At this time all credit card transactions are processes by Paypal, with is the most widely recognized and respected independent third party company. They specialized in processing on line credit card transactions and are the largest online payment processor on the internet, with over 8 million users.
If you choose to pay with credit card, you will be transferred to a Paypal site where your transaction will be processed. You do not need to have a paypal account, and it only takes a few seconds to set one up, free of charge, if you choose to create an account. Best of all, it's the safest and most secure service on the internet.

We take security very seriously, and protect sensitive information carefully. However, please take extra measures by never releasing credit card information via e-mail. To identify a secure site look for a lock symbol in the lower right corner of your computer screen or look at the url address. The address should begin with an https instead of http.

At this time we can only accept Paypal or cheque payments. Please allow 5 days for cheque to clear, before we ship.

Receiptes & Invoices:
Once an order has shipped, we will e-mail a receipt to the purchaser. If you would like us to also mail out a receipt, please replay back to the e-mail. All receipts are mailed out once a week, and invoices for clients with a DOTS account are mailed out once a month. |
